Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta, fresh pasta (wide ribbon pasta)
- 350 g red cabbage, (jar)
- 2 small apples
- 250g mozzarella
- 200 g mango chutney
- 300 ml sweet cream
- 2 tbsp oil (thistle oil)
- ½ tsp, levelled black pepper, finely ground
- ½ tsp, leveled nutmeg, grated
- 1 tsp, leveled curry
- ½ tsp, levelled cumin, ground
- ½ tsp, stripped ginger, ground
- ½ tsp, leveled turmeric, ground
- ½ tsp, sautéed coriander, ground
- n. B. Salt

Spicy ribbon pasta with mozzarella and red cabbage
Cook the pasta al dente (firm to the bite) according to the package instructions, then heat the red cabbage. Meanwhile, peel and slice the apples. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large pot until moderately hot, sauté the apples, add the cream, mango chutney, mozzarella, and all the seasonings, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in the drained pasta and red cabbage. If the dish has become too thick, add a little hot water and mix well. Add a little salt to taste. Serve half a portion as a warm starter.
