Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • n. B. Rum
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from flour, eggs, sugar, quark, and baking powder. Add a little rum, if desired. Scoop quark balls with two tablespoons and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
