These quark bites with strawberries and chocolate are the perfect summer snack! Wash the strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Mix them with the quark and, if desired, sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup. Shaping the quark bites: On a tray or plate lined with baking paper, form small portions of the quark and strawberry mixture with a spoon. Place the whole thing in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours. Just before removing the bites, melt the chocolate over a pan of water. Dip the frozen bites into the chocolate and let it drip dry. Alternatively, you can spoon the chocolate over the bites, or simply use it as a pattern (see recipe photo). Place the quark bites back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Once the chocolate has set, the quark bites are ready to enjoy! You can serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. These quark bites are a refreshing and healthy treat for warm days. You can also experiment by adding other fruits or nuts.
