Quark cake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 bag(s) of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine margarine, egg yolks, and sugar, along with the zest and juice of one lemon, and mix well. Add the quark, pudding, flour, and baking powder. Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form and mix in. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour at 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C conventional oven.
