Spicy tuna sandwiches

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, without oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slice(s) toast bread (sandwich toast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna and mix it with the other ingredients until smooth. Add sambal oelek to taste! Toast the slices of toast and cut them into triangles. Spread the mixture on top, and you’re done.
