Quark casserole with fruit

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1,000 g quark
  • 200 g fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Can be prepared quickly and easily with seasonal fruit

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the baking powder, add it, and then the quark. Slowly fold in the fruit. Pour everything into a dish and bake at 170-200°C for about 1 hour. It tastes great served with cold vanilla sauce. You can also serve it with fresh or frozen fruit, or even meringue. The casserole also tastes great cold.
