Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter flour (really liter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 piece(s) of butter, the size of an egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. raisins
  • 5 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick apple casserole

Mix together milk, flour, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt. This works best in a food processor. Add raisins to taste. Peel and core the apples, slice them, and mix them into the batter. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at medium heat for one hour.
