Quark doughnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 500 g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Fat, for frying
  • Sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Doughnuts, ideal for Carnival

Make a batter from the ingredients. Heat oil in a deep fryer or saucepan to approximately 180°C. Scoop out the batter with a teaspoon and bake the doughnuts until they are nicely browned and float to the top. Sprinkle with sugar while still warm. Let cool.
