Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 can/n tangerines
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 750 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Sheet cake

For the base: Mix the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, roll it out, and place it on a greased baking sheet. For the topping: Drain the mandarins and spread them on the base. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs together, then stir in the vanilla pudding powder and spread it over the mandarins. For the crumble: Mix together the butter, sugar, and desiccated coconut. Sprinkle the crumble over the quark mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60-70 minutes.
