Peach iced tea

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg peach(s)
  • 3 liters of water
  • 50 g sugar, optional
  • 20 g citric acid
  • 9 tea bags, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil. Once boiling, steep the tea bags for 4 minutes. Then wash the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Simmer in 1.5 liters of water for about 30 minutes, adding sugar to taste. Strain the peach water through a sieve and pour it over the tea. Let it cool and serve with ice.
