Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 100 ml pear juice
- 2 vanilla pods
- 1 pack of poppy seeds (ready-made mix)
- 250 g quark (20%)
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g cream
- some lemon balm leaves
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Stone the mango and dice it. Set aside a few slices for garnish. In a small saucepan, bring the mango cubes to a boil with the vanilla bean pulp and pear juice. Let it steep in the liquid. Using a mixer, thoroughly blend the poppy seed mixture, quark, vanilla bean pulp, and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the quark cream. Serve the cream with the mango cubes. Decorate with poppy seeds and lemon balm.
