Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • n. B. Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the potatoes and mix with the remaining ingredients. Heat some fat in a pan and fry the fritters. Serve with applesauce.
