Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 750 g potatoes, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions, grated
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (depending on potato variety and starch content)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the quark with the grated potatoes and onions. Add the eggs, cornstarch, and parsley. Season with salt. Quickly fry small round potato pancakes in batches in very hot oil until browned on both sides and serve immediately. Serve with apple sauce.
