Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g spelt flour
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Salt
- 100 g tomato paste or pureed tomatoes
- Pizza seasoning

healthy pizza variant with flour
Knead flour, quark, egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a dough. For a tomato sauce, mix the tomato paste or passata with water and season with pizza seasoning. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and spread with the tomato sauce. Alternatively, you can simply use sour cream. Then top the pizza as desired. Top with plenty of vegetables, fish, or lean meat. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. The time may vary depending on the oven. Check occasionally to let any hot air escape.
