Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pearl barley
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 300 ml water
- some sweetener or sweetener as desired
- 150 g natural yogurt
- some goji berries, dried
- some dried aronia berries
- some mulberries, dried
- some flakes (chestnut flakes)
- some buckwheat, puffed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Microwave mug cake
Microwave the barley groats with the water on high for about 10 minutes, until the water is almost absorbed. Let it cool slightly, stir it in with the remaining ingredients, and return it to the microwave for about 5 minutes. Remove, let it cool briefly, and turn it out. Then simply top with dried or fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt or quark of your choice.
