Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g oat flakes
- 500 ml water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar or a spoonful of sugar
- possibly cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Vegan milk substitute based on oats
Combine the oats and water in a blender and blend for a few minutes. Add your chosen sweetener. I like to use a little vanilla sugar, but a tablespoon of regular sugar works just as well. If you want cocoa-flavored oat milk, add cocoa powder. If you want the milk for your muesli, you’re already done. Otherwise, I pour it through a sieve again.
