Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some vanilla pulp
- 200 g flour
- 60 g nuts, ground
- Clarified butter or oil for frying
- cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe into snails in hot clarified butter or oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Coat in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with applesauce or plum compote.
