Quesadillas with Peppers

The perfect quesadillas with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Pc. Tortillas
  • 250 g Middle-Aged Gouda
  • 150 g Spring onion
  • 1 big Bell peppers about 150g
  • 1 Pc. Green chilli peppers
  1. Step 1: Finely dice the cheese (I always use grated ones), clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Paprika-u. Wash, clean and finely dice the chilli peppers. Mix everything together. Step 2: Heat a coated pan without oil, put a flatbread in it. Spread a quarter of the cheese-vegetable mixture on top, place the second flatbread on top, press firmly and fry until golden brown for approx. 2 minutes. Turn and fry on the other side for approx. 2 minutes until crispy. Process the other ingredients in the same way. This goes well with tomato and chilli sauce.
