Quiche Lorraine

The perfect quiche lorraine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Gruyere
  • 75 g Butter in pieces and a little more for greasing
  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Water
  • Salt
  • 200 g Diced bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Milk
  • 100 g Cream
  • Salt pepper
  1. Put the gruyere in the mixing bowl, chop 10 sec / speed 7 and transfer.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the quiche form and sprinkle with a little flour.
  3. Put the flour, butter, salt and water in the mixing bowl and knead for 20 sec / speed 4. Remove the dough and shape into a ball.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and line the quiche dish with it. Prick several times with a fork.
  5. Put the ham cubes in the mixing bowl, steam for 3 minutes / 120 degrees / spatula and place in the cooking insert to drain. Then distribute on the dough.
  6. Put the eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./ speed 4. Spread over the diced ham and sprinkle with cheese. In 25min. Bake until golden.
