Quiche Lorraine
The perfect quiche lorraine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Gruyere
- 75 g Butter in pieces and a little more for greasing
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Water
- Salt
- 200 g Diced bacon
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Milk
- 100 g Cream
- Salt pepper
- Put the gruyere in the mixing bowl, chop 10 sec / speed 7 and transfer.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the quiche form and sprinkle with a little flour.
- Put the flour, butter, salt and water in the mixing bowl and knead for 20 sec / speed 4. Remove the dough and shape into a ball.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and line the quiche dish with it. Prick several times with a fork.
- Put the ham cubes in the mixing bowl, steam for 3 minutes / 120 degrees / spatula and place in the cooking insert to drain. Then distribute on the dough.
- Put the eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./ speed 4. Spread over the diced ham and sprinkle with cheese. In 25min. Bake until golden.
