Cheese and Pineapple Salad

The perfect cheese and pineapple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Gouda in one piece
  • 400 g Pineapple pieces from the can
  • 120 g Miracel Whip, light
  • 40 g Heinz mayonnaise from the tube
  • 6 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Curry
  • Chives
  • 1 Red pepper
  1. Cut the young Gouda cheese into cubes. Drain the pineapple and cut the pieces in half. Wash the peppers, halve the core and cut into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of lettuce, mayonnaise, pineapple juice, salt, pepper and curry into a smooth sauce. Season the sauce vigorously.
  3. Now add the ingredients to the sauce, fold in everything and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Let the salad stand for at least 2 hours. It tastes better then. There is also baguette.
