Cheese and Pineapple Salad
The perfect cheese and pineapple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Gouda in one piece
- 400 g Pineapple pieces from the can
- 120 g Miracel Whip, light
- 40 g Heinz mayonnaise from the tube
- 6 tbsp Pineapple juice
- Salt and pepper
- Curry
- Chives
- 1 Red pepper
- Cut the young Gouda cheese into cubes. Drain the pineapple and cut the pieces in half. Wash the peppers, halve the core and cut into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of lettuce, mayonnaise, pineapple juice, salt, pepper and curry into a smooth sauce. Season the sauce vigorously.
- Now add the ingredients to the sauce, fold in everything and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Let the salad stand for at least 2 hours. It tastes better then. There is also baguette.
