Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 200 ml kefir
- 30 g butter
- 2 eggs
- some salt
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 4 eggs, hard boiled
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt the butter. Mix the flour, eggs, melted butter, kefir, and salt into a batter. The batter should be slightly runny, similar to pancake batter. For the filling, dice the hard-boiled eggs and chop the spring onions. Season well with salt and pepper. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in half of the batter. Spread the filling evenly and cover with the remaining batter. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until a light golden crust forms.
