Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- ½ liter of milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 100 g Parmesan
- 1 handful of mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
- 150 g bacon, in pieces
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Without classic dough
Brown the bacon in butter. Stir together the remaining ingredients, then add the bacon. Pour everything into a casserole dish. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan assisted) for about 30 minutes.
