Quick and easy lime cream sauce with fried fish à la Didi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 g clarified butter
  • 3 limes, organic
  • 200 ml cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 4 fish fillet(s) (fried fish), frozen or homemade fried fish

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Zest 2 limes, halve, and juice them. Mix the zest with the juice, add the cream, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Slice 1 lime for decoration. Fry the fried fish pieces in clarified butter until golden brown on both sides. Spread a layer of lime sauce on each plate. Place the fish on top and garnish with the sauce and lime slices. Plate up and serve.
