Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles)
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • 5 bags of ready-made salad mix (salad topping with paprika and herbs)
  • 20 tbsp water
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

without mayonnaise

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the bell peppers and cheese. Add them to a bowl with the corn. Prepare the dressing with oil and water and pour over the chopped ingredients. Once the pasta is cooked, drained, and cooled, add it to the bowl, mix everything, and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a few hours.
