Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 5 apples
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. powdered sugar or regular sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Heat the milk and butter and add to the sugar and egg mixture. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on it. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and top the batter with them. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Let the cake rest for a while, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
