Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 175 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mash the bananas and stir them in. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Grease a small baking sheet (approx. 30 x 22 cm) and spread the batter on it. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Test with a skewer! Every oven bakes differently.
