Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, chocolate, (approx. 40g)
- Flour, (approx. 60g)
- 2 jars of sour cherries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 600 g sweet cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 point cream stiffener
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and then add the sugar. Whisk the egg yolks and fold in. Add the chocolate pudding packet to 100g of flour, sift, and fold in. Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes. Form a cake ring around the cooled base. Drain the cherries and make a pudding with 300-350ml cherry juice, the sugar, vanilla sugar, and the vanilla pudding. Stir in the cinnamon and cherries. Allow the mixture to cool, then spread it on the base. Whip the cream with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer and spread it on top of the cherry mixture. Decorate with chocolate shavings and chill the cake for 1 hour.
