Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- 250 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice OR vinegar
- Fat, for the shape
- Grains, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for 1 loaf pan approx. 30 cm
Mix the yeast with the water. Add all the other ingredients and knead vigorously for 2 minutes. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with seeds and place in a cold oven. Bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes. Remove the baked bread from the pan. Bake in the residual heat of the oven for about 10 minutes.
