Quick carbonara sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • ½ cup cream
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, finely chop and dice the onions. Repeat with the cooked ham. Briefly fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Then slowly melt the cheese in the pan. Now add the crème fraîche and the broth. If it lacks the desired consistency, add a little more cream. You can also season it with a dash of cognac or white wine. Perfect with spaghetti and really quick to make.
