Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, creamy
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- Balsamic cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
steamed in soy sauce and balsamic cream
Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, and cut into thin slices or strips. Melt the coconut oil in a pan, add the meat, and sear briefly. Turn over once during the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to taste and let it simmer until tender. It goes wonderfully with my fennel and carrot mixture. It’s also great on a salad plate. It tastes similar to marinated chicken.
