Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 300 ml vegetable broth (2 tsp instant)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 4 tbsp peas
- 300 g carrot(s), young
- 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
- n. B. water
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- 240 g Basmati, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the chicken breast in the broth for about 15 minutes. Remove the meat and chop it into small pieces. Drain the mushrooms and vegetables. Halve the mushrooms. Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions with 200 ml of water. Heat the vegetables in the sauce and add the chicken breast. Season the fricassee with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve with basmati rice.
