Quick chocolate Nutella mug cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • ¼ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

for the microwave

Prepare a slightly larger mug. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder in the mug and mix. Then add the egg, oil, milk, and Nutella. It will also work without Nutella, but it won’t be as sweet. Mix everything well and microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 20-30 seconds. If you prefer a runny center, you can microwave the cake for just 50 seconds. Don’t turn it out!
