Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- lemon juice
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with fondue or grilled food
Mix all ingredients well and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more milk. This simple, quick dip tastes simply delicious. It’s always a hit at our barbecues. If you want to use fresh herbs, the following are included in the mix: parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, sorrel, borage, and burnet burnet.
