Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables (celery, leek, carrot, parsley)
- 1 potato(s), floury
- Water
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Vegetable stock powder, organic
- 1 shot of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine), optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables. Place everything in a pot, season, and add enough water to just cover the vegetables. Bring the soup to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Blend everything together while still hot, including the cooking water and a dash of cream if desired. Season to taste, and serve.
