Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of sausages (Eberswalder)
  • 150 g cheese (Maasdam)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 5 gherkins
  • 6 tbsp ketchup (Werder Premium)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the sausages lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Dice the cheese. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Halve the gherkins lengthwise and cut into small slices. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, pour over the ketchup, and mix thoroughly. Serve the salad with fresh bread.
