simple, quick, vegetarian, suitable for students

This recipe is super quick and ideal for when you don’t feel like cooking a big meal or want to use up leftover vegetables. Cook the mie noodles in salted water and cut the vegetables into 1-2 cm pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables until hot. Add the finely chopped garlic. For the sauce, mix the following ingredients in a separate container: soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, pepper, stir-fry seasoning, cornstarch, and a small splash of water. Mix the vegetables, sauce, and noodles in the wok until the sauce thickens. Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds. A little tip: I always use a small jar with a screw top to mix the sauce. This way you just add the ingredients to the jar, close the lid, and shake. It also works well for dressings.
