Quick goulash with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork schnitzel or turkey schnitzel
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 250 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Marjoram (fresh or dried)
  • 350 ml broth
  • Maggi
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the meat. Finely chop the onion and fry in hot oil in a casserole dish. Add the meat and fry. Then sauté the paprika. Deglaze with the broth and season generously. Dice the peppers, not too finely, and add them to the pot. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, leaving the smaller ones whole and cutting up the larger ones. Add the mushrooms to the pot and simmer uncovered for another 5-10 minutes. Season to taste at the end.
