Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 4 tbsp lard
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 125 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the schnitzel and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Brown the onion rings in the hot frying fat, add the tomato paste and cream, and cook thoroughly, stirring. The sauce should be slightly thick. Serve the schnitzel with the sauce on plates.
