Quick Goulash

The perfect quick goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Pork schnitzel – from the comb
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 100 g Green peas
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli
  • Nutmeg
  • Flour to thicken
  1. Cut the meat into equal cubes and fry in the oil. Salt, pepper and season with chilli from the mill.
  2. In the meantime, cook the chopped vegetables in salted water and grate the nutmeg on them.
  3. Pour part of the vegetable stock over the gravy and thicken a little (flour or sauce thickener). Then put the meat in the sauce. Let something go.
  4. By the way – I cooked the potato with the vegetables. Another side dish goes well with it, e.g. rice, spaetzle, croquettes, etc.
