Quick Goulash
The perfect quick goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Pork schnitzel – from the comb
- 1 Red pepper
- 100 g Green peas
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Potato
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- Chilli
- Nutmeg
- Flour to thicken
- Cut the meat into equal cubes and fry in the oil. Salt, pepper and season with chilli from the mill.
- In the meantime, cook the chopped vegetables in salted water and grate the nutmeg on them.
- Pour part of the vegetable stock over the gravy and thicken a little (flour or sauce thickener). Then put the meat in the sauce. Let something go.
- By the way – I cooked the potato with the vegetables. Another side dish goes well with it, e.g. rice, spaetzle, croquettes, etc.
