Elderflower Jelly with Mint

  • 20 piece Elderflower
  • 1 piece Lemon untreated
  • 20 piece Mint leaves
  • 2 liter Water
  • 2 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Clean the elder blossoms, pour the water over them and let stand for 2 days, then strain. Add the lemon juice and the thinly peeled zest of the untreated lemon and the mint leaves.
