Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g Leberkäse
  • 20 radishes including some greens
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 4 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • some salt, from the mill
  • some pepper, mixed, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil

Slice the cucumbers and thinly slice the meatloaf. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Trim the radishes, reserving some of the green parts, then wash and slice them. For the vinaigrette, combine the cucumber juice with the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Whisk in the oil. Mix the prepared ingredients with the vinaigrette. Finely chop the radish greens and sprinkle over the salad. Serve with buttered pretzel rolls.
