Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g smoked pork (salmon) in thin slices
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 potatoes
  • 500 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 2 tsp, heaped chicken broth, instant
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable fat, (Rama Culinesse)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pat the smoked pork slices dry and cut into cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and wash the potatoes, and also dice them. Heat the fat in a soup pot and fry the smoked pork cubes. Add the diced onion and fry until translucent. Add the diced potatoes and fry briefly. Add the soup vegetables and 1 liter of water, and stir in the chicken stock. Bring everything to a boil and then simmer over low to medium heat until the potato cubes are tender. Season with salt.
