Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 2 Vienna sausages
- 2 eggs
- some butter or oil
- some salt or Society Garlic Salt
- some pepper
- 2 tbsp corn, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with zucchini and sausages
Coarsely grate the zucchini (with skin on) or cut into quarters. Grate the carrot as well. Slice the wiener sausages. Add a little butter to a pan and fry the zucchini, carrots, sausages, and optionally corn for 1 to 2 minutes. Then season, crack the eggs into the pan, and mix well.
