Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sweetened
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. whipped cream
  • e.g. banana(s) or strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into the omelet maker and microwave. Cook for 4 minutes at 360 watts. This will keep the center creamy and liquid. Garnish with whipped cream and fruit, if desired, and serve the cake warm. My favorites are strawberries or bananas. But it’s also delicious with ice cream. The cake still tastes good even after it’s cooled. This quantity makes 2 servings.
