Quick paprika sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g Brunch Paprika Pepper
  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with brunch

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Peel the garlic and onion, wash and trim the bell peppers, and finely dice everything. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Pour in the vegetable stock and stir in the brunch sauce. Stir until the brunch sauce has dissolved. Drain the spaghetti, add it to the pan, and toss with the sauce. I always use 1/2 whole-wheat spaghetti and 1/2 regular spaghetti.
