Quick pasta salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. farfalle
  • Salt
  • 1 pack of cocktail tomatoes, colorful
  • 2 packs of mini mozzarella
  • e.g. basil, fresh
  • Dressing (Thousand Island Dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Add the pasta to boiling salted water and simmer until al dente. I like to use ribbon pasta. Meanwhile, wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the packages of mini mozzarella and halve them as well. Wash and roughly chop the basil. When the pasta is al dente, rinse under cold running water. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and add dressing, if desired. Tip: Serve with fresh meatballs.
