Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple, vegetarian, alkaline
Peel and roughly dice the onions, and place them in the Monsieur Cuisine. Add the peanut oil and select the sauté function for 6 minutes. In the meantime, deseed and dice the pumpkin, then add it to the onions along with the ginger. Select the sauté function for another 3 minutes. Pour in water until the pumpkin is just covered, then cook for 20 minutes at 100°C on level 2. Gradually add all the spices. Once boiling, add the oat cream and puree for 30 seconds, increasing the speed to level 10. If you don’t have a food processor, you can alternatively simply prepare the soup in a saucepan and then puree it at the end.
