Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark, low-fat
- 250 g flour, type 405 or 550, sieved (spelt flour is also fine)
- 250 g butter, sour cream, cut into pieces
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg or mace, ground
- ½ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
also for flans, onion cakes, egg-free, without yeast
The ingredients are calculated for one baking sheet. Mix and knead everything, form into a ball, and roll out the dough. Prick several times with a fork. Top with the desired ingredients and bake (175°C fan-assisted or 200°C with conventional heating for about 30 minutes). Halve the quantity for a 28 cm springform pan.
