Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 240 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 ml oil
- 80 ml water, hot

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
I like to use spelt flour or a mix of whole wheat and white flour for the dough. Combine all ingredients in a tightly sealed container, close the container, and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well blended. Remove the dough from the container and knead it by hand. Pour the finished dough into a springform pan or tart pan and shape it to cover the bottom and create a low rim. Bake blind in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. After baking, you can fill the dough with whatever you like.
