  • 50 g bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 75 g poultry meat, e.g. chicken, turkey or poultry slices

  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick cooking, great for leftover rice, low in calories

Slice the mushrooms and add them to a hot pan with a little fat. Season with salt (pay attention to the amount if you’re adding soy sauce), pepper, and paprika. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the rice and bamboo shoots and heat through. Then add the meat (it tastes great without it too) and heat through. Finally, add the milk and mix. Season with soy sauce if desired. The dish is by no means dry, but if you like it a little more savory, you can add more milk and a generous spoonful of herb cream cheese/cream cheese/brunch.
